It changes the features every detector keys on, so it lowers your risk on all of them. No tool can promise a specific score on a specific detector, because they are retrained without warning and disagree with each other on the same paragraph. Run the check here first and fix what it names.
Checking has no limit. A single rewrite takes up to 12,000 characters, which is roughly 2,000 words. Split anything longer into sections.

The tell registry is English. The rhythm and burstiness measurements work on any language, so a non-English draft still gets a cadence reading, but the named tells will not fire.
